Meet Rachel, our Director of VIP Services as we launch our new strategic department tackling the hospitality service sector.  

At NORDFOLK, we are committed to delivering unforgettable experiences to our travellers, accompanied by excellent service at every turn. With Rachel's expertise and extensive experience, we're confident she will be able to elevate the standards within the industry and offer fresh new perspectives as a consultant to the hospitality industry. 

As of May 1st, Rachel will work as a key member of the NORDFOLK team, while offering hand crafted service training programs to the industry. 

Her services will include hospitality training, VIP concierge and host services, as well as short- & long-term staff replacements.  

Whether it's group sessions or one-on-one coaching, Rachel specializes in crafting comprehensive development structures that empower staff to deliver service excellence. From equipping key personnel to confidently train temporary staff to instilling a culture of top-tier service, the training programs are tailored to elevate the team's performance. 

She prides herself on curating unique and unforgettable experiences, personalized to each guest's preferences, and will therefore offer her expertise in VIP and host concierge services nationwide.  

Drawing from her extensive industry connections and experience, Rachel will offer private staff placements that are meticulously matched to the requirements. Whether it's a short-term assignment or a long-term placement, rest assured that Rachel's placements are handpicked for their expertise and professionalism, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
